But fireworks can also be dangerous. If decide to light them off on your own, be sure to check out our safety tips so everyone can have a good time and keep all their fingers.
Patriot Fireworks stocks a full line of firecrackers, bottle rockets, roman candles, aerial tubes & reloadable artillery shells, cakes & multi-shot aerial displays, helicopters, missiles and parachutes so you can be the envy of your neighborhood.
M-80’s were made illegal by the Child Protection Act of 1966 in all 50 states because they are very dangerous. You can review the guidelines at the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Even though those types of fireworks are banned, people still continue to manufacture, sell, buy them. Since these types of fireworks are all homemade, quality and safety aren’t guaranteed. Anyone caught making, selling or buying illegal fireworks could have severe penalties imposed upon them.
While we do offer online ordering, all fireworks must be picked up at one of our three locations. Fireworks cannot be shipped through through the United States Postal System, UPS or Federal Express.
Our Bunker Hill, WV location is open all year long for any occasion that warrants celebration. During June and July, we have pop up locations in Inwood, WV and Falling Waters, WV.

Patriot Fireworks prides itself on providing the best of the best of fireworks so you can celebrate any occasion. We stand by this with a No Dud Guarantee. However, there are times when a firework doesn’t ignite. If this happens, please bring in the dud firework along with your receipt for a replacement.
For your safety, treat all dud fireworks as if they were live. Allow the firework to sit overnight in a bucket of water before bringing it in.
